Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Don’t worry if you’re unhappy with your purchase – just let us know and we’ll do our best to help and resolve any issues.


If you need to cancel your order, contact us immediately before it is dispatched – usually around 3pm Monday to Friday. To be safe, let us know within two hours of the dispatch time. For orders placed in the afternoon on weekdays, please email  so that we can process a refund and make sure your order isn’t delivered.

Returns for any reason (even if you just changed your mind after delivery!)

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it. The item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was delivered. You will have to pay the cost of returning the order if there’s nothing wrong with it, but we can arrange a collection through our pallet courier partner to help keep costs low.

Returns or refunds for damaged items etc

If there is a problem with your order, we will refund you the full amount and arrange for free collection. If the issue only affects part of your order, we can discuss a partial refund or compensation depending on the situation. We work hard to ensure that all customers are 100% satisfied and strive to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. We firmly stand by our products and make sure our customers are treated fairly every step of the way.
